I started with a cup of spinach and a cup of milk. After the first blend, I took a sip and wow was it full of green….taste…I mean it tasted as if I was eating pure grass (not that I had tasted it before, or have I) hehehehhe.
So I decided against my original idea and added half a cup of my peach and mango yogurt which I have in my fridge. Well that made my blend went really well. I learnt to blend the vege and liquid first so as to avoid the little bits of vege remains.
I guess everytime I tried a new recipe, I learnt something new. I am so excited to try out another recipe for the whole of next week!
