A mere 35-minute flight from Singapore, Pekanbaru is a convenient holiday destination for the busy urban traveller seeking a quick getaway. For those in search of scenic wonder, look no further than Harau Valley, a stunning nature and wildlife reserve often described as the Yosemite of Indonesia, or the iridescent Rainbow Hills, multi-coloured sand dunes perfect for aspiring photographers. Pekanbaru is also home to one of the largest mosques in Indonesia, the An-Nur Great Mosque.

Scoot is now offering attractive all-in fares from $35 for one-way Economy FLY (not including baggage and meals) to Pekanbaru from Singapore. Subject to availability, the promotion is on till 25 May 2018, for travel by 27 October 2018.

Mr Lee Lik Hsin, Scoot CEO, said, “Indonesia has countless beautiful locations and Pekanbaru is one of them. As the bustling capital city of Riau province and the economic hub of eastern Sumatra, Pekanbaru will boost our network offerings in the region for both business and leisure guests. Scoot is committed to helping travellers Escape the Ordinary at great value, and we are confident that our extensive network and innovative products and services will meet the diverse needs of travellers to and from the region.”
